  • Guest：Nice big family bedroom, bottles of water in the mini fridge. Keith the owner was nice. Breakfast was lovely, order what you want the night before. Downside the stairs were very steep and was on the top floor.
  • Guest：All good A++ Great place to stay for family weekend or mini holidays. 4 of us felt comfortable enough in room. Breakfast was served on time and freshly cooked, can't really fault it based on couple days stay.
  • Guest：Just returned from a two night stay at the rosedean, the hosts were warm and welcoming , the room was clean, comfortable and spacious with everything we needed , thd breakfast was lovely and the location was perfect, will book again, highly recommend, thank you for a lovely stay
  • Guest user：Spent a few nights in Paignton with my grandson after my wife found this gem of a Bnb online. In a prime location, 200 yards from the seafront with its parks, amusement arcades and amenities, we had a lovely warm welcome and amazing customer service throughout our stay. Loads of choice for breakfast, lots on offer for children too. Our room was lovely and comfortable, well stocked with teas and coffees etc. The chill box came in handy during the warm weather. I would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to visit again. Thank you Keith and Margaret.
