Guest：Hotel is small and friendly. Very close to the old town, beach and amenities. Entertainment nightly and plenty close by. Staff very friendly. Food is good, varied, and hot. Electric scooters for hire on site. Plenty good walking nearby. Rooms are comfy. I have only 2 personal comments: 1. In February at least, central heating is stuffy and fixed at around 24 degrees. It can't be altered. We were both choked up by the weeks end. 2. The bar staff are very hard working, but they need proper training in making cocktails. Apart from that, come and have a great time!
Guest：The only thing that’s missing is wall to wall sunshine! Just at the end of our first week. Excellent value for money. Hot foot served on hot ?? plates !! That’s a first when on holiday even when staying at 5* hotels! The food choices are minimal, basic, but good quality . We are AI and the beverages are branded. The service is spot on by all staff. The whole hotel is kept spotlessly clean and our room well cared for by our chambermaid. Two good tips from previous visitors: Book a room overlooking the pool at this time of year to ensure a bit of sun. Bring with you a couple of suction hooks ?? to put on the glass bathroom area screen. Saves accidents and gives you something to hang your towels on. If a small 4* hotel in Benidorm can provide such excellent food, service and cleanliness why cant supposedly 5*??!! It starts at the top - so congratulations to the management ??
Guest：We stayed at the hotel over the Christmas period and there were some very positive aspects to our visit. The food was excellent throughout, with a good variety and consistently high quality. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always helpful, which created a lovely festive atmosphere. The rooms were also very good — clean, comfortable and well maintained. Unfortunately, the entertainment was extremely poor and really let the hotel down. It lacked organisation, quality and festive atmosphere, which was very disappointing, especially during the Christmas period when expectations are understandably higher. This was the biggest negative of the stay and significantly affected the overall experience. There was also regular queuing for sun beds, which could be frustrating at busy times. Overall, while the food, staff and rooms were very good, the standard of entertainment needs significant improvement as it detracted from what could otherwise have been an excellent Christmas break.
