Guest：It wasn't a good choice! Worst stay of my trip to Peru. The hotel was undergoing maintenance, making an infernal noise during business hours and after hours as well. The rooms don't have good acoustics, meaning what guests do on the upper floors can be heard in the rooms below. The breakfast was well below the standard expected of a three-star hotel, and the service was very basic, even poor, as the reception staff couldn't communicate.
Guest：Ollantaytambo Trip Ebert was OUTSTANDING! very helpful and friendly. Place was clean, and close to the train station and main Square.
Guest：under staffed and very average hotel the only good point of this hotel was its location. the breakfast was nightmare. no bread, no milk, no egg, we asked a couple of times. at the end we went to a nearby Cafe. the first day we didn't have hot water. the second day we didn't have any toilet paper.
Guest：Staff is great, very helpful. The hotel is in the most central location. However our room’s shower has a blocked drain and it’s quite annoying.
