Guest：Access late at night was a breeze with the hotels great communication and facilities. A lovely hotel! Just wish my stay was longer.
Guest：The room was clean and had everything we needed, albeit on the smaller size, but no great issue for us in that regards. However, we weren’t all that happy with the number of steps, in particular at the entry to our room and into the bathroom. These presented as tripping hazards for us and required constant alertness.
Guest：Decor is beautiful, our room was very clean, spacious and very quiet, location of hotel is perfect, parking is great and breakfast was very good. On the negative side there is only instant coffee in the room (yuck), only one towel per person and the room servicing carts were parked outside our room all evening and were still there next morning… not a “luxury” experience.
Guest：The Reception Lady was very professional in her greeting and service. The first room allocated was quite small and we requested a change which was arranged very quickly, this is what good client is built on and suited us. On entering the room we were very impressed, clean and impressive. We were there only overnight and impressed that next time in Ballarat we will stay there.
