Guest：The hotel is branded as a 5-star facility, but in reality it is far from that standard. At best, it is a solid 3-star hotel, and if one is being generous, possibly a low 4-star. The location is excellent, which is the hotel’s strongest point. The common facilities are acceptable but nothing exceptional or close to what one would expect from a 5-star property. The room itself was just OK, but again, not at a 5-star level. The pillows were clearly worn, the bed sheets looked tired and used, and overall the room did not feel properly clean. We also found a sock from a previous guest under the bed, which is unacceptable at any level, let alone a hotel claiming five stars. Breakfast was disappointing and definitely not 5-star quality—more in line with a mid-range 3-star hotel. That said, the restaurant staff were polite and friendly, which is appreciated. Similarly, at reception we were greeted by a very kind and welcoming lady, which was a positive note. In summary: great location, average facilities, below-par cleanliness, and a price that does not match the standard offered. For this cost, I would choose another hotel that actually meets true 5-star expectations, or at least comes close to them.

Guest：This was my second stay in this hotel after about 2-3 year gap. Before parking and breakfast were included. Both these charges are excessive in my opinion.
