Guest user：I have been in june 2021 and i found it extremely amazing very comfortable room and awsome staff, i enjoyed every single moment. The restaurant is beachside with a stunning sea view and you can see stars very clearly from there. Unforgottable memories.
Guest user：Being million times in Vlore, this was my first time to be in Aross Hotel. The hotel is super nice and people managing it and working there are the best value of the property!!! Hotel and rooms are clean, spacy, comfortable... But people working there are outstanding!! Me and my sister, we both enjoyed it so much! If you are lucky to have a room with the sea view, it will be amazing. Both restaurants (inside and outside) are great and the food served is so tasty and delicious. If you are having dinner at the beachside restaurant you will enjoy the view to the sea and sky full of stars. We really had a great time in Aross!!!
Guest user：Stay in hotel for one night. Rooms are quit big, newly decorated. Hotel is long way from city center, and one cant reach it without car or taxi. Beach is right in front, which is nice. Overall feeling is not five star hotel. Breakfast is poor, eggs were cold. Surrounding is not nice. Left of the hotel is smaller one, so we had view on top , with iron and things left. On right side is parking and house that looks that need reconstruction. We were disappointed but kids had fun on the beach and waves.
Guest user：Food is decent, but don’t expect something extraordinary. In the comparable price range you can find lots of restorants in the area, including Takas which is right next to or. My biggest complaint is the stuff. I’ve never seen such unfriendly and scammy employees in a touristy place. It takes ages for them to come and serve you, once they do they don’t even wait to take your order, they just turn and run away, not even sure they understood what you ordered (keep in mind that English is not a given here). The waiter brought me the wrong order, then argued with me that that is what he understood, and once I convinced him to change it he brought me my dish and practically threw it on the table without saying a single word/ I guess other things matter more here than customers.. P.s i ordered tagliatelle with cuttlefish, as per the menu, they brought me with anchovies. Makes me think that was the reason they wanted to give me a different dish at the first place, that seems to be the more reasonable option for them than saying they don’t have it… We will not come again.
