Guest：The rooms were very clean, modern and comfortable. We had lots of fun in the big pool, splash water park and lazy river. We mostly ate at the main buffet, due to the kids, however, the food was great, I wish each meal always had a section for Jamaican food, even if it is small selection. For those looking for authentic Jamaican food or high quality food, please go off the resort, as the resorts cater to all. The staff we encountered were friendly, sometimes I found the servers at the restaurant took some time to come back to clear tables, but, not always. I wasn't able to attend the disco, but there were night time activities. I wish the day time activities for adults were more loud, proud and engaging!
Guest：A table had a spill from whoever was in the room previously and the corner of the shower had “soap scum” (Serratia marcescens) built up in the corner but the room was pretty nice. Amazing view. About 80% of the staff was very nice and very helpful. About 20% of them seemed unhappy to be there which I guess I could understand. The food at most of the restaurants were very good although we had a cockroach land on our table
Guest：Hotel was good- my issue right now is the fact that no one has resolved the issue that when we got here, we were supposed to get a master suite, and we were only told until we checked in that there was no master suite, even though we were charged for it and to just stay in a regular rooftop room which is almost an $1800 difference .throughout my trip. I have been emailing ******* and speaking with the resort and I am checking out today and still nothing result..
