  • Guest：Clean and Spacious room, very very kind staffs, good breakfast, some noise at room - Bangalore at night as Bangalow is located near main road. Need some updates in the bathroom - excellent hot water in bathroom.
  • Guest：Great location out of the way of the hustle and bustle of downtown La Fortuna with plenty of restaurants nearby, but also close enough to La Fortuna. Fantastic view of the volcano from our room. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the breakfast spot delightful. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very outdated, especially the bathrooms where the faucets look like they’re decades old.
  • Guest：Views of the volcano were great. In general the hotel is a bit tired and in need of refurbishing e.g clean enough but needs redecorating and updating. Staff are friendly, but breakfast was served very slowly. It felt budget and would have been ok for a single night. We decided to check out early and switch to a more resort style hotel with proper pools and restaurant nearby.
  • Guest：The staff here make it worth it! They are 10/10. So kind. The hotel is perfect as a main base for all the activities in the area. Greivin helped us book a spa and dinner evening before our arrival via WhatsApp and it worked out flawlessly. Rooms are simple but clean and private, everything you need for a high activity trip like in fortuna. We would definitely stay here again.
