Guest user：The location is very convenient as it is just 5 mins walk to the MRT station and about 15 mins walk to shopping centre 1Utama which has major brands like Tommy Hilfiger, Hai Di Lao, H&M etc. The rooms are spacious and clean! I like that the room deco are up to date being one of the newest hotel in that district. Amenities are aplenty for families with younger kids. Saltwater infinity pool is beautiful (but need to do regular cleaning as there were moss inside the pool, that was the only downside of the amenities provided) The staffs have been friendly, efficient and guest oriented! I do hope they keep up the great level of service and maintenance of the hotel! I will definitely come back again for my next stay!

Guest user：Public transport walkable distance, connected to a huge mall! Love the decor, super clean! Welcome drink. Superb water pressure! Playroom for kids! Pool under shade and suitable depth for kids (including babies) Price wise also didn’t burn a hole in the wallet so ??????
Guest user：this hotel is absolutely fantastic! the room is wide, the single beds are wide, all the facilities are contemporary. the cleanliness is very good. all the staff are welcoming. when i ask for directions to One Utama, they offered me a van to help me(with baby in the carrier) and my family to get there. i will repeat this hotel again.
