Guest user：Hotel location is good but very dated and requires refurbishment. Cleanliness is average. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was ok.
Guest user：My stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. Combination of luxurious accommodation, exceptional service and fabulous food made it perfect. I won't think twice to stay here again if I come back to Langkawi.
Guest user：This is the place for people who: Like a hotel that is a 20 min drive from the main street Like attentive staff that remember your name Take care of things when you bring it up. Like a good view of the beach but don't want to swim in it (because you can't) Enjoy a good buffet and dinner options Enjoy renting an e-bike to get places The room is solid and they were responsive with fixing the AC and moving me to a different room when the AC crapped out. The staff is incredibly responsible and communicates well with eachother. The only thing I would suggest is compensation for problems. They fixed problems but merely just that. A simple sorry and that's all. I would go into specifics but it's not necessary but if there's an issue I'd suggest giving something surprising and personalized keep the customer coming back. It's a lovely place with amazing beds and I enjoyed it a lot. Thanks to all the staff that remembered my name
Guest user：We stayed in Ombak Villa for 3 nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We really appreciate their hospitality and making us comfortable and enjoyable during our stay. From the housekeeping, buggy service and the concierge, they amazed us. For your own reference, breakfast is not up to our expectations. I believe they can improve on this ???????? Pleas extend our big thanks to Amizal and the housekeeping in room 738 ya, they’re one of the reason why we would like to stay in this hotel resort again in the future. Salute guys ??
