Guest：My stay at Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Dwarka was a mix of excellent facilities and some disappointing service. The property itself is impressive. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, and the facilities are strong for families: a good pool, bicycles, and a range of sports activities that keep kids and adults entertained. It’s easy to spend a relaxed day here with so many options on site. Where things fall short is the service, especially at the front desk. Calls often went unanswered, and promises to “check and get back to you” were not followed through. That kind of inconsistency can be frustrating when you’re trying to coordinate meals, housekeeping, or recreation or missing jacket… Food had its highs and lows. Dinner was a standout—great variety, well-presented, and with a lovely spread. Breakfast, on the other hand, was disappointing. It felt rushed, with limited options and a sense that the kitchen was under pressure to churn out a quick morning service rather than a cohesive, satisfying breakfast experience. If you’re planning a stay, a few improvements would go a long way: better responsiveness and follow-through from the front desk, steadier service levels across the day, and a more robust breakfast lineup to match the dinner’s quality. Overall, Hawthorn Dwarka is a strong choice for families who want good amenities and value. With some attention to service standards and breakfast quality, it could be an excellent option. I’d consider returning if these issues are addressed.
