Guest：We spent a week in Panorama apartments (2 friends). We had the best time!!! We had no complaints whatsoever, the staff were amazing, the room was perfect and the pool and bar/restaurant were more than enough. This was my first trip to Lanzarote and I loved it. The accommodation and staff really made the holiday. We will definitely be back and I can't wait!

Guest：My wife and I stayed here for 11 nights in July 2025, and as always, we had a fantastic experience. We've stayed at this apartment many times and absolutely love it. The location is ideal—perfectly situated between the Old and New Town—offering a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The rooms are a great size for us and come well-equipped with excellent facilities, including a kitchen with a fridge, toaster, microwave, and tea and coffee-making essentials. Housekeeping is provided every other day, with fresh sheets and towels, which we really appreciated. The pool area is perfect—there were always plenty of sunbeds available, no matter what time we arrived. The poolside bar and restaurant serve delicious food and drinks throughout the day. If you're looking for an apartment with a great location, excellent service, and quality facilities, this is the place for you.
Guest：Disappointed, location is excellent Room very clean Facilities were good Pool lovely but too cold to use Check in was quick staff seemed ok Downside - very noisy at night constant banging of doors and can here all noises from rooms including the tvs and chatting Stayed for a week and bedding was never changed towels were changed twice We stayed in room looked out onto fence and road which was also noisy Was nice trip away but wouldn’t stay there again
