Guest user：Royce is ideally located, the hallway carpet are old and the room amenities are ok but average. There is coffee and water in the room. Employees or hotel staff are courteous and willing to assist. Mold are beginning to built up on the edges of the bathroom sink and floor. The breakfast buffet is ?ok but they are always running out of some food item, and takes a while to replaced. Fruit juices are cheap not real fruit juice but flavored mixed with water. For the price, there are better options
