Guest user：This hotel was glorious during its time and still is a great property to stay with. The rooms are classic, large, a bit dark and need improvement or maybe renovation, but still a comfortable room nevertheless. Booked a room with bathtub, but upon check in was informed that the rooms with bathtub are only on smoking room which i don't fancy. Maybe it's time to move to completely non smoking hotel to keep things clean and simple. The bathroom has seen its better day. Check in and check out was swift.
Guest user：Saw at least 3 baby crockroaches in the room, and the pillow was stained. The room was pretty noisy as we could hear cars and motorcycle engines and the loud music could be heard mall opposite. However, their service was great and prompt.
Guest user：Closed to the train station, a good location to stay if your train arrive late at night or your next train is early in the morning. Service is nice in the way that I wrongly booked the check in date, but the hotel allows me to change the day after I apply through Trip.com. Only point that i am not very satisfied is that hotel doesn’t provide drinking water in the room.
Guest user：The lobby of this hotel looks very good however our room although large was tired and needed refurbishing. The carpet was a bit grubby and the furniture had seen better days and the bedside phone didn't work. Rather than supplying bottled water there was a jug in our room to be filled from a large water container in the hallway but this was empty. The room rate was cheap so complaining seems wrong but it was not a 4* experience
