Guest user：My wife and I had an amazing 1 week of holidays experience with Atlantica Sensatori Dreams. Everyone since the arrival was really kind, friendly, helpful and warm. We have arrived at 2am in the hotel worried about food as we were really hungry. Surprisingly they had dinner available and a very nice staff to welcome us all. All the facilities are magnificent: the beach area, the pools, restaurants, gym, bars, and sport areas. But the real magic is the team of people working at the resort and the TUI Blue staff of activities. I can’t name them all in here but a shout out to Marius, Francesco, Roberto, Beth, Marcel, the two ladies from the spa, Mary and Nicole, the driver who drove us to the room, and all the cast of entertainers. You are a real dream team. Thank you very much for making this experience something we will always keep in our hearts. We will definitely recommend TUI services to all of our friends, as well as the resort franchise.
Guest user：We absolutely love this Hotel - it has everything you would want for a relaxing holiday Beautiful clean modern rooms 4 al carte restaurants and a very large buffet all with delicious food for all tastes - all food is labelled with allergy advice Lots of bars too - beach bar being our favourite The management and staff really make this hotel - they are all smiling and so helpful I have gluten and dairy allergies and nothing is too much trouble - lovely pancakes specially made for me , delicious deserts , gluten free bread , wonderful meals - everything you would want ! Dorotheos the food and beverage manager is fantastic and so knowledgeable about food allergies - always checking all ok George guest relations works so hard to make everyone happy and is everywhere at once an amazing guy - both a massive asset to the hotel as are all the managers Thank you Antonis for your kindness and help Mario’s so nice to chat to you The Hotel is run by a really fantastic people friendly Hotel manager and it shows from the top down all the staff are happy which makes happy guests so nice to talk to you ! We always book a swim up room and love to sit on the terrace in the sunshine ! Well worth the extra money We especially like to sit at the beach bar watching the beautiful scenery it’s just perfect The swimming pools are delightful with no rush for sun beds You can pay extra for a swim up breakfast which is a real treat The spa is also top class and very relaxing I would definitely recommend this Hotel you won’t find better ! Guest user：The stay was really excellent !! The staff were all fantastic, reception, bar staff and house keepers were all amazing!! The food was all super and the cocktails were all amazing We will be back 100%, our nearly 2 year old loved all of the pools and the entertainment. Thank you all for a perfect holiday !!
Guest user：We arrived here in the early hours of the morning and were welcomed with a cold drink and some food which was really appreciated! Check in was swift and we were brought to our room by golf buggy. Our room, 3001, was large and had all of the toiletries you would need. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The mini bar was stocked with large bottles of water, soft drinks and beer. A lovely bottle of wine was left for us too which was a nice touch. We had a swim up room which was stunning. The water was quite cool but was very welcome when we needed to cool off! We were returning guests having been here last July when we had to be evacuated. We got a lovely surprise on our second day when some tasty treats were left in our room as a thank you for booking that hotel again. We also received an invitation to join others at the beach bar for some champagne- all for being returning guests. These were lovely gestures and demonstrates the staff at the hotel going above and beyond. We used the main buffet restaurant the whole week and we were never bored with the selection. Always a wide variety and the service was always helpful and friendly. We used the piano bar quite a lot offer our evening meal which was very chilled with some great live performances. There are a great range of cocktails on offer which are part of all inclusive. We always walked down to the beach bar before returning to our room each night to take in the chilled vibes and the sound of the waves. A lovely way to end the day. We are really sad to be leaving this magnificent hotel but we do hope to be back next year. We just want to say a huge thank you to all the superb staff for their help and welcoming smiles. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is considering it- just book it! You won’t be disappointed.
