Guest：The room was warm and clean and the location convenient in the central part of Adelboden. However, I did not have such a good experience here. On thing that detracted was the check in process. Completely on iPad and not at all personal of welcoming. I arrived an hour early and was hoping to put my stuff in the room and wash up, however the iPad gave no option for early check in, and there was no-one attendant around to appeal ask. Kind of like a vending machine experience when the can you bought get stuck in the machine. I was left hanging around for the hour just waiting for the time to tick by until the iPad let me in. Inside the room, things were cozy. However, besides towels, pillow and blanket, there is nothing in there. Nada, zero frills. Not even a cup to have a class of tap water! Nothing, bare, not even curtains! The lack of curtains was also a real issue that detracted greatly from my experience. I could also not find any pull-down blinds, or switches for some sort of automated blind to come down from the ceiling. I was a bit late by the time I got back to the hotel so there is no staff there to help, just dark hallways. So I ended up sleeping with no curtains at all. Meanwhile I had night of bad sleep as I was woken up continuously every few minutes by a bright automated light across the street that kept turning on and off. As reference, I got the most basic room, CHF279/night on a normal Saturday. Switzerland is pricy of course, but still, I felt this room was over priced considering how basic and smallish it was with, impersonal computer-only check in experience and no-curtain issue. i guess I will try another hotel next time back in Adelboden.
Guest：We had a wonderful trip to the Revier. Our first time was met with wonderful customer service (thanks to Monique and team members), great design (ski lockers, garage, electric car charging) and really good food and drink. Mostly, the views are fantastic. Thanks, we will be back.
Guest：Das Zimmer (xl) war mir etwas zu spartanisch. Ein Bett und sonst nichts, keine Lesel?mpchen, nur Gang und Zimmerlicht. Kein Stuhl und im Bad keine Duschmatte, keine Kleenex und Zahnbecher. Das Personal im Restaurant war sehr freundlich. Auch die Lage in der N?he der Bahn war super. Das Frühstück war ok.
Guest：Superbe h?tel très bien situé, magnifique vue sur les montagnes. Parking souterrain très appréciable. Très moderne et jolies chambres (dommage que la fenêtre était si petite - et problème de chauffage dans la chambre, 27 degrés la nuit); local de skis-chaussures très bien équipé. Petit déjeuner très bien
