Guest：Room was clean and staff was very polite. Only thing was that our AC was leaking
Guest：The staff was courteous when you spoke to them if you could pull them away from their cell phones. The room internet and a/c were functional but the bed was like sleeping on a rock and the faucets were jenky.
Guest：Location was perfect! I saw a lot of reviews about no elevator but that is not true. There are elevators, issue is that there is only 1 so sometimes it gets crowded. There are stairs to enter the hotel which is the only way into hotel. Also there is not air conditioning in all rooms. Some of us had portable air conditioners and some had fans. Also we were a large group and we were not on same floor even though we had put in notes when booking. Tried to call hotel to request and after multiple tries i finally got through and they said they would try but that didn’t happen. Lastly the hotel blends in and is kind of hard to find entrance. Overall though i would book here again.
Guest：number of stairs from the street level to the small reception area was not very pleasant. The smell of the street vendor every morning's cooking was not a pleasant aroma to smell. for the amount of money we have spent, for two days the elevator was out of order and we needed to remove heavy luggage from the fourth floor to the street level when departing the place. In addition, the wifi was not available or was not easily being connected according the instructions we have the receptionist; the written instruction was deviating from what the wifi connection was suggesting and was not connecting, had to walk downstairs ask the reeption to come upsairs at the fourth level to sign-in on the wifi so I can send out my important emails at late at night.
