Guest user：Beautiful hotel located right in the port with an abundance of delightful restaurants and bars. We booked the junior suite with jacuzzi, rather disappointed as no sun loungers on our private terrace despite plenty of room to accommodate them. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated, check in staff were wonderful however I strongly disagree with a €15 room service charge, even if you only want a glass of wine bringing to you. When you pay €250 a night I expect as a minimum to be able to order a drink to my room. We ended up walking to the bar next door, a 2 minute walk and spent €118 for a delicious lunch and drinks do the hotel is missing out on extra revenue because of this ‘ service ‘ charge policy. Surely in todays day and age you should be able to order extras without incurring a charge for a standard hotel service
Guest user：A wonderful new modern hotel set in the local marina. Good facilities and helpful staff (although cafe/bar service is extraordinarily slow). Nice large, well equipped rooms with balconies overlooking the Marina. Really nice and super value.
Guest user：Splendid location, absolutely immaculately clean, friendly staff, lovely Spa. Some great restaurants around the harbour and the beach a 5 minute walk. Great value for money, we did have a sea view room which was great, bathrooms very modern and great double shower. Thank you
Guest user：Another lovely stay at the Moon. Nice view over the harbour. Very comfortable spacious room. Great outdoor space with a canopy perfect for keeping cool. Pool very good but not very comfortable sun loungers. We enjoyed the croissant & tostadas for breakfast delicious orange juice. The staff are all so friendly and helpful & work really hard to make your stay good. The cleanliness around the hotel spotless . The only negative is loud business people on conference calls when you can hear both conversations when you are trying to enjoy a drink. This seemed to be frequent. However lots of other lovely bars to go to.
