Guest user：We had a really lovely meal in the restaurant. It’s a beautiful dining room with lots of character. One of our group had the flaming steak and it provided quite a spectacle. A few of us had the slow cooked beef and it fell apart and was delicious. It was my birthday and they brought a cake out for me at the end, so it felt a very special night. We are looking forward to staying in the castle for a couple of nights over the Christmas holidays.
Guest user：We had a meal for 5 people.. family. The manager Sergio attended us. One of the party found a hair in the salad which was changed without an apology. Another got a steak which was not "blue" as was requested. Again it was replaced after some time without an apology. Full price was charged . Full price was charged. When the manager was spoken to he just said it was his way of dealing with it!!! We will be reticent about going to Belleek again for a meal unfortunately. It was very disappointing.
Guest user：Celebrating a birthday in style. Belleek Castle always transports me to an other world. A real treat for the senses. The team are so friendly and very helpful with answers to all the questions we had, and we had a lot of questions. Thank you for looking after us so well.
Guest user：We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at bellek Castle, from the minute we checked in at reception, we were made feel so welcome..the girl brought us to our room,very friendly and couldn't do enough for us.. We did the tour ,sean the tour guide was very good giving us loads of information of mayo where to go etc,the tour was very interesting and historic highly recommend,we went in for a drink into hotel bar and welcome we got from the bar manager and his staff ,Stephen went out his way to get liverpool match on for us ,which he didn't have to do,he was such nice guy ,always made sure we had a drink and were enjoying our stay..we spend alot of our time talking to Stephen and we go home today having made new friends...we also had dinner in the library restaurant, the food was absolutely top class ,my husband had bullock fillet on the sword which was divine ,so tasty .so professional the way it was presented to us ..the staff were absolutely outstanding aswell..we will definitely be back again soonoverall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at bellek Castle for my 40th birthday..special thank you to Stephen you made our stay all the more fun and better..Debs&James YNWA
