Guest user：Food is great! But the Service Is a desaster! The worst Service ever in my life. All of them same. Forget a lot,unfriendly and ignorant! The Food was always good and the prices are fair. The view is amazing. Everyday we were not sure if we want the nice food with this unfriendly Service people.
Guest user：We expended 12 days at Playa Colibri in a lovely small family cottage for 5 people, with 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. The service is excellent and all the staff professional and very nice. The place is clean, the restaurant is good and the place is very nice and cosy. The restaurant at the beach was fine and we had dinner there very often. Yury, Pedro Miguel, Ana and the rest of the reception staff were very nice and hard working. The beach is fantastic and you can walk quite far. The only less nice point was the music that was every were and loud but I think is like this in every place at the Dominican Republic.
Guest user：I had another lovely stay at Playa Colibri. I was here a month ago, and that’s the reason I came back. It’s a calm place, with lovely plants throughout the property. One of the best parts is the breakfast with SO many choices: eggs, bacon, pancakes, toast, cereal, and more! The beach location is also fabulous- steps from the hotel with excellent water and sand. Very relaxing… The only negative was the mosquitoes in the room, but management quickly responded to my requests for fumigation. Thank you! The staff overall is incredibly helpful and kind.
Guest user：Great stay second time staying here. Great welcoming during our check in Ana helped us with the room,even got an upgrade Great service throughout the whole stay. Clean place steps from the Beach. Very nice pool, staffing is great. Shout out for Esperanza in the colibri restaurant made sure the whole family was taken care of definitely will make sure to ask for her for a wonderful service.
