Guest user：Honestly the best trip ever! From start to finish the team made us feel so welcome, especially Kajal who dealt with us from the start. She ensured we had the best experience and nothing was too much… she arranged a beautiful trip for us to Trou deau douce to see the 5 islands - which was honestly such a special day, from monkeys to a bbq on the beach it was amazing. My mum even rang the hotel one day worrying about me and my boyfriend as we didn’t answer her texts & Kajal let us know straight away and was so lovely. The room was fantastic & recently updated so super modern - would 100% recommend beach front villa as it has everything you need and feels super luxury! Kavina who cleaned the rooms was very lovely and remembered my name which was sweet. Black Rock was our favourite for food out of the restaurants on offer & the buffet indian night was also really lovely - we went back for more & more & more until we could burst haha! We rented a car so could easily visit the south, it is a bit of a drive so but would absolutely recommend this as it made the trip feel like an adventure - Le Morne is beautiful!! And if you can do a seaplane too would recommend. If not, there is plenty to do near the hotel & the staff will recommend trips etc. including visiting the sister hotel which is also lovely! Overall a great stay, with the highlight of the hotel honestly being such a warm welcome from Kajal. We really hope this isn’t our last time visiting the island & the Radisson. We have made such special memories in Mauritius & thank you so much!
Guest user：Just returned from a fabulous holiday at Radisson Blu hotel, the food is excellent, the staff are so friendly & helpfull, nothing is too much trouble, they go above & beyond to make your stay the most enjoyable, would definitely recommend a relaxing holiday here. My only negative would be to put smokers in the same area, we requested a non smoking room (which we got) not realising next door were smokers which from the balconies we could smell. Fortunately we didn't need to stay on our balcony only 1 afternoon when it rained.
Guest user：The warmest welcome, friendly staff, which became our friends, made our stay at this lovely hotel such an amazing experience. The staff couldn't do enough for us and every need was catered to. Our Wedding was beautifully set up on the beach and all the little details were perfectly done by Kajal, our wedding planner, who is amazing at what she does. The bar and restaurant staff were very attentive, all very friendly and helpful. Sahil went out of his way to make sure our pool drinks were topped up and he delivered such great service, along with his other team members. Angelo the restaurant manager always welcomed us with a lovely friendly approach and made sure the service at meal times ran smoothly and we were happy with our dinner options. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone who is considering a beach wedding. The rooms were clean, spacious, modern and the added benefit of a pool outside made it even more special. We look forward to visiting the hotel again for an anniversary sometime in the future. Mauritius will always have a special place in our hearts now.
Guest user：The hotel services are nothing great, esp the housekeeping. The evening turndown services were not performed despite 2-3 reminders. The towels were not replenished in the morning and neither were tea and toilet essentials. No proper reason for the above were offered despite complaining to the duty manager, except an assurance that the same will be closely.monitored for my rest of the stay. I am still staying and will update how it goes for the rest of the stay. A day earlier, I was surprised to see. Uncleaned spoons in my tea area and I asked to be spoken with the housekeeping supervisor. Is it a fallout of the same, I really got no answers. Even at breakfast, I was surprised that when we asked for 2 bananas, we were offered only one saying it is only one that can be given. Ofcourse some PPL in breakfast Buffett were extremely nice and helpful.
