Guest user：Great location close to the city centre and almost opposite of the Mo?t&Chandon champagne house and cellars. The breakfast has everything you need, the rooms are spacious and comfortable and a great bathroom with a large shower. In the evening you can have a lovely dinner downstairs. Free parking which is a bit of a walk down the Avenue de Champagne. It is a great spot if you want to explore the champagne region and want to stay in the evening in town because you can't drive anymore.
Guest user：Perfect location at the top (or bottom?) of Avenue de Champagne in Epernay. Close to pretty much everything you might want to do in town. It's not a huge chain hotel, and doesn't have a large number of rooms. We had two rooms, on separate floors, which suited us fine. The rooms were large enough for two persons with (small) suitcases. Clean and comfy. One room had a safe, the other didn't, not sure if this was a coincidence, but I'm sure it could be discussed with the staff if needed. Wasn't an issue for us. We had dinner in the evening. Mainly a tapas-based menu, which was perfectly fine. The portions were large and filling, and went well with a bottle of Champagne. Breakfast was good. Very bread-based, but with high quality bread. Not a huge selection as in larger resort hotels, but what they had was high quality, and definitely enough to fill anyone up, and there was something for everyone. The staff was friendly and efficient. We were called on the day of arrival. There is a gap in the afternoon when the reception isn't staffed. We weren't aware of this, but since they called and informed us we could plan accordingly. It's understandable, since it's a small establishment. The hotel has a collaboration with a Champagne house down the road - A. Bergere - definitely worth a visit as well. Definitely recommended for a few days' stay in Epernay.
Guest user：I can't say how many times I have been here. Till March there was this amazing lady, Dorinne. She made every visit a party. Now there has been changing of staff. The food is still amazing, no doubt about that. We booked for as well July 21 and 22nd. The first evening, they said we didn't book at all. I wanted to show the proof on my mail, which was ignored. We were sat at the lounges, which is not easy for eating. So we did get another, not nice, table. The second evening, again we got seated half dry half in the rain. Service not good, not friendly. So unfortunately that was my last visit here.
Guest user：This hotel is an easy walk from the train station and right in the heart of épernay for all the attractions . Our room (Paris) was large and quiet. Great bathroom with modern plumbing. The hotel has an elevator and the decor is lovely. The breakfast was really delicious. The staff were super friendly we will stay again.
