Guest user：We've just paid our annual visit to this friendliest of guest houses. Rachel and Andy go out of their way to make everyone feel at home whether they are regulars like us or first timers. The rooms are comfortable - in extremely hot weather the fan in our room was particularly welcome as was the freely available supply of chilled water in the breakfast room fridge. Andy's breakfasts are second to none and there is a wide choice to suit all tastes and all dietary requirements.
Guest user：We had a wonderful stay here. The location is great, just a few mins walk away from the sea front. The hosts were very accommodating and welcoming. And we were very impressed with the Vegan breakfast!
Guest user：On a positive note this is excellently positioned for the De La Warr Pavilion. Rachel was very welcoming and friendly, the breakfast was extremely good with more choice than most bnbs . However, if you are not a lover of dogs or smell of dogs then this is probably not the place for you as I found the smell rather overwhelming. We stayed in room 1 which was nicely laid out & spacious, with its own sink ( we shared a separate toilet & bathroom). Nice touches with complimentary tea, coffee and chocolates. Could just have done with a bit more attention to detail, bulb missing from bedside light, (this was replaced quickly though), curtains didn’t fit the windows, only 1 window opened, no bin in room. I didn’t sleep well, bed was uncomfortable , mattress tipped into middle. Obviously these are just our opinions and others will & have enjoyed their stays, but just trying to give an open & honest review of how we found it.
