  • Guest user：The hotel is located amazingly on the slopes and very close to town. the staff were very helpful, friendly and professional. Rooms are spacious and clean with a great view. The breakfast was very rich and everything was available. The only draw back is the ski shop. The staff were unprofessional and unfriendly.
  • Guest user：Lovely staff….when we arrived at midnight a friendly face opened the door. Charlie the concierge was very helpful. The breakfast was superb….i would be very healthy if the fruit was provided at my house every day! Decent pool table but better cues needed. The swimming pool was large enough to accommodate a few kids and jacuzzi was warm! Friendly boot room and putting the skis out was a lovely gesture. It’s expensive to stay but the staff try everyone to make it as good as possible.
  • Guest user：The Hotel has a espetacular location and excellent breakfast. This is the high point of the trip. But the hotel need some improvements. It is getting old an need investments to stay up to date. Bathrooms are very small and shower is tiny. Concierge fails to help the guests. But overall worth what you pay.
  • Guest user：Have been many times in that hotel. Location and service are excellent. Rooms and facilities are cosy and clean. You can ski out to the slopes and walk to the village. Will be back
