Guest user：Quite a disappointing stay. Good: the hotel is new and modern, rooms are relatively large. Bad: 1. Lots of bugs in the hotel, and in the guest rooms. Lots of mosquitoes in the rooms. I was bitten several times during the night, terrible sleep. When I reported this to the front desk they said it’s part of the experience of that particular location - being close to the mountains… and they said that I should just use bug repellent… 2. At breakfast, there’s only instant premixed coffee available. There is a coffee machine on the ground floor, but the staff didn’t actually know how to use it or clean it. I only realised that I was drinking ‘coffee’ from days old used coffee grind when an error note appeared on the coffee machine. The staff then said that’s no problem, turn it off and on and reuse it without actually cleaning out the old coffee grind… really gross. 3. Service is terrible. When Mum told the hotel staff that the lobby and shared spaces are muggy and hot as there’s no aircon, the hotel staff said to Mum that she should be more zen to cool down! How rude! 4. Hotel rooms aren’t very clean. Most hotels of similar price range in China is super clean. This one… is definitely subpar… We moved out after just 1 night…
Guest user：去看刀郎演唱会的，凌晨到达给我们免费升了3床大房，酒店有早餐，帮我们延迟退房到下午4点，酒店可以的，性价比很高，到清秀山公园也很近的。
Guest user：酒店新开业，设施设备很新，基础配置。客房卫生干净，入住的人不多所以，不太吵闹。但是第二天早上隔壁有学校的歌声传过来。早餐去空间大，但是提供的种类并不多，应该是新开业还没配齐，只看见豆浆，需要磨的咖啡，鸡蛋，玉米，白粥，紫薯，小番茄，炒莲花白，米粉，油炸还是烤的小馒头，蒸包子跟馒头。主要煮品种类单一。提供的洗漱用品跟酒店的档次不匹配，没看见一次性马桶垫的提供，电视的投屏不太稳定，可以推荐看数字电视，其馀还算可以。前台和客房服务态度都可以。
Guest user：第一次入住这家新开的酒店，体验远超预期！从踏入大堂起，前台的热情问候和高效服务就让人倍感贴心。前台不仅快速办理了入住，还主动倒茶，大堂有饼干和咖啡，细节服务满分??新酒店卫生方面绝对ok，房间设施对比之前住过的雅斯特完全超出水准！智能系统、高速Wi-Fi、床垫软硬适中，整夜安眠无干扰。自助洗衣房、早餐都不错，虽然位置不是那么正，但出行很方便，出门往左是青秀山，往右是体育中心，几分钟就到。要购物可以到五象航洋城、宜家，要遛娃的到博物馆、滨江公园
