Guest：This establishment is truly wonderful, and the staff, particularly Pablo, are exceptional. It offers all necessary amenities at a reasonable price.
Guest：Doors sometimes could not be locked. The staff replied it was a common issue at this hotel and asked me to try multiple times and closed the door heavily as a solution. Security issue should be put into your consideration when choosing this hotel as accommodation.
Guest：Service did not meet expectations. Need to request for toothbrushes and slippers from the reception counter. Even though i have booked a double bed for 4 people, the cutlery like cups are meant for 2. Housekeeping is not available on Sundays which meant that we had to get our bath towels from the reception counter.
Guest：Having a sauna for guests are great but one small cabin for both males and females and also having no change rooms were difficult. Breakfast was delicious and a good value for money. Even though the front desk and guest service was good, the room service didn't meet our expectations or even standard perhaps.
