Guest：Such a wonderful place! We have just returned from a three night stay at Maison Hubert and this really is a hidden gem. It feels like a ‘home away from home’ and the accommodation feels very cosy and welcoming plus the staff are just delightful. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the local park and a 10 minute walk to the tram stop which takes you to the centre and main attractions. There is also a Carrefour express, pharmacy and bakery very close to the tram stop (tram C takes you to the centre) so you have everything you need. We were given two sets of keys and key fob for the entrance so we could come and go as we pleased, and there was a lift up to the rooms which was a pleasant surprise. We are a family of three (2 adults and our two year old) travelling to Bordeaux for the first time. We arrived around 1pm and although the official check in time wasn’t until later, to our delight the room was ready so we could go up straight away. We were warmly welcomed and shown to the refreshment counter where we could help ourselves to water, sweets, plates, cutlery and glasses as we needed them. We stayed in ‘Mini Peach’ which has two bedrooms and the staff had put a lovely cot in the second room for our little one. There is plenty of wardrobe and hanging space and in the living area we had a really big counter top and storage cupboards, plus a fab coffee machine and large fridge. This was perfect for having a toddler with us and the extra space to sit as a family, either at the table or on the sofa, was lovely after busy days. In addition to the dining table we also had a high chair for our little one which was fab. The bathroom was modern, clean and well stocked with toiletries plus a Dyson hairdryer, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was included and we had a little sheet to fill out with our food and drink order (basic tea, coffee and water were provided in the kitchen area), with the option of eating in our room or downstairs. We opted for the in room dining and our breakfast tray was delivered promptly each day, at the requested time. The orange juice was amazing and the fresh bread and yoghurt were delicious! The staff were amazing and so friendly and helpful. We had a WhatsApp contact which was brilliant and they were on hand as little or as much as you needed. They are a credit to the hotel. We will definitely return to Bordeaux and will absolutely stay here again.
Guest：The apartment was very comfortable and the service provided was excellent. It was a nice walk into the centre of Bordeaux. The location allowed us to experience living as a local, which would not have been the case if we stayed in a larger hotel in the middle of the city. Breakfast was served in the apartment each morning which was excellent. Recommended.
Guest：Had a wonderful stay what a great find. Stayed in 2 bed apartment with friends excellent facilities. Very friendly and helpful staff big shout out to Maddy she could not do enough. 5 mins walk to the park and tram system. Lovely quiet location yet only 5 minutes from the centre. First visit to Bordeaux would highly recommend it. All the locals very friendly.
Guest：On s'approche de la perfection!!!! Suite époustouflante !!!! La MAXISUN en duplex avec salle de bain enfants, parents, salle de jeu, masterbedroom avec baignoire, terrasse, vue sur les toits de Bordeaux. A couper le souffle. Le mélange des matériaux, la décoration soignée, la grande qualité des équipements mais surtout la multitude de détails plus adorables les uns que les autres, ont fait de ce séjour une expérience formidable. Le raffinement est bien là, mais l'authenticité aussi. Une foule de petites attentions à découvrir au fur et à mesure, qui ont émerveillé petits et grands. Bravo et surtout merci !
