  • Guest：Great place to stay in penan. Fairly new building. Lovely staff. Great view of the city at night..
  • Guest：“Very disappointing experience. The front desk staff were unfriendly and unprofessional, with a clear lack of service mindset. Even during check-in, their attitude was impolite and unwelcoming. I simply asked to leave my room key at the front desk, but they refused and said guests must keep the key themselves. The room key is attached to an unnecessarily large keychain, which takes up a lot of space in my bag and causes inconvenience. I have never encountered a hotel with such inflexible and unhelpful service before. On top of that, there was no shower cap provided in the room. Overall, a poor experience and not a hotel I would recommend.”
  • Guest：This was my first stay at this hotel, and overall I was very satisfied. Four of us stayed together, and we noticed a water leakage near the kitchen area when we entered the room. I informed the front desk immediately, and staff came to check, but the issue was not resolved at first. After reporting it again, I did not expect a room change. However, while we were out in the evening, the hotel called to inform us that they would change and upgrade our room. We were moved from a standard two double-bed room to a larger room with a living area, which was a pleasant surprise. The front desk staff were patient, professional, and very helpful. I would also highly recommend visiting the rooftop swimming pool at night, as the night view is beautiful and offers a great view overlooking the entire city. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this stay.
