Guest：The hotel is very clean but the service is terrible. So when we first checked in Bri was amazing she tried to do everything that she supposed to do and more. So I’ve been a Titanium Elite member for the last couple years and Miss Bri tried to upgrade me to a suite be was having problems with the system so she had the manager MAKAYLA to help and she was VERY rude and lied about no being able to upgrade our room. Then she up us in the smallest room with the worst view possible. After all that we self parked our vehicle that cost $42 then find out that we couldn’t go in and out unless we valeted our vehicle which was $57 after we tried to valet park the other manager Imani Knox was just as Rude told us we would have to pay self parking first then pay to valet and she was very rude as well. So after no help from either of the Managers (Makayla & Imani) they started whispering and laughing with each other.
Guest：The desk managers are very Rude. Makayla and Imani was very rude and not helpful at all. Brea did her best to help but the managers made it very difficult for us. The valet guy Wyatt Joiner was amazing he did his best with helping us
Guest：This new hotel in the heart of downtown ATL has everything you need for an exquisite stay! Cozy rooms, super fast WiFi, an energetic + welcoming lobby, delicious food items (EggSlut rocks), open fitness center, and an amazing rooftop scene at the Jagger Suite! A top hotel from business to leisure and one I will certainly come back to when I’m in the area! Last, but certainly not least, kudos to an extraordinary staff headed up by Tinesha Franklin, who’s team was uber friendly from check in to check out. TY!
Guest：Great staff & lovely place. Special thanks to Britnie Revels (sales manager) who was an absolute gem. Her brilliant customer service made a huge difference to our trip when we came in to a last minute cancellation that impacted out business trip and needed support.
