Guest：Name was changed but no remodel so far. Tape was placed over any wording that had Wingate. No body wash or conditioner was in shower. Has some mold in caulking of shower. Would have been nice to have fruit and yogurt at breakfast and the coffee is horrible. Exercise room is small and dark with one treadmill, one bike and one elliptical. They have dumbbells and one weight machine. Ok for sleeping and leaving.
Guest：The room we were given hadn't been cleaned. The room we were moved to didn't have a king-sized bed, which is what I requested when I booked. The thermostat in our room didn't work. The breakfast buffet was really bad. Would not stay again. The cost of the room vs its quality did not match.
Guest：Not the same hotel since it was sold! Needs MAJOR cleaning-top to bottom. AC unit was so dirty in room 327 that I didn’t run it at all. I moved to a different hotel. The 9.2 rating is VERY misleading compared to its current condition.
Guest：Everything was fantastic. The hotel was spotless, the people were friendly. I didn’t find anything wrong. I would give it a 10 out of 10
