Guest：Great location, amenities and clean. However, hotel was at a constant 80 degrees when it was 35-40 degrees outside. We couldn’t sleep so we had to use the AC in our room all the time (in the middle of winter)! I complained to the front desk but nothing was done. Also, I paid extra for a Mountain View, but my room didn’t really have a Mountain View.
Guest：Great check-in experience and very courteous staff who kindly accommodated our request for a late checkout due to a ski accident, which we truly appreciated. The only downside was that our request for the room to be cleaned was unfortunately overlooked. Overall, a positive stay with attentive service.
Guest：The hotel felt very clean and new, and it was extremely comfortable with nothing to complain about. Since we visited in winter, the outdoor swimming pool wasn’t very convenient, especially for children. The location was great as it is right next to a shopping mall. Other than that, everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay.
