  • Guest：Beautiful apartment with lovely views Great apartment with everything you could need. Perfect for couples. The view over the lake is stunning. There is a woodland path that takes you into Stresa (takes 20-25 mins). We didn’t have a car and managed to get around but you could definitely explore more of the area with a car
  • Guest：Beautiful and peaceful location The apartment was exactly as pictured with a gorgeous view of the lake! The area is private and quiet. Laura was so kind to us! She picked us up at the train station and took me grocery shopping. We did not rent a car and the apartment is about a mile from town. I would say you might want one if you want to be out late. The trail to town is rustic and not something you could do in the dark. It is very steep! The apartment was well equipped and we got groceries and made a lite dinner each night. Stresa is easy to navigate with great restaurants. Ferry and train service is good. Laura gave us the number for a local taxi and we were able to prearrange rides to the train station.
