  • Guest：We just came back for a weekend in playa del carmen and decided to book our stay at Coco Rio. When we arrived Ivana the receptionist welcomed us and provided with information with this to do in Playa. She was ftiendly, warm and great customer service. Our hotel room was spacious, cozy and clean. The great aspect of this hotel is the location, about two blocks from 5tha avenida. The rooms are quiet and luckily you can sleep well without the noise outside. Another thing we noticed, the mattresses are so comfortable and king sized beds! I recommend this hotel for its impeccable service, kuddos to Ivana ( we loved her), location, comfy bed and great space. We already want to go back!!!
  • Guest：It was the perfect location to access all that Playa del Carmen has to offer! It is literally one step off of Quinta Avenida with bars, shops, taxi stands, and even the ferry is close by. They had not received my reservation through *******, so they upgraded us to a suite, which was so thoughtful and appreciated! It was spacious, clean, and perfect for a couple’s getaway. We would definitely return again! The only downside was we were on the top floor, up three flights of steps, which was not ideal for luggage or us exhausted after a long day.
  • Guest：Sergio and the staff here were incredible. Very friendly and accommodating to all our wants and needs. When I return to playa de carmen I will be staying at the Coco Rio. The staff helped us with getting laundry, parking, and great recommendations for dinner and different experiences locally.
