Guest：The property is located on a small, but nice beach in a fairly quiet area. ?The bungalows are rustic, clean and have a nice board walk weaving through the complex. ?Both pools are nice and well maintained as is the main eating area for included breakfast. ?The staff is friendly and responsive. On the downside, the resort is due for a bit of a refresh and thorough maintenance of all things plumbing. ?Out toilet never did work well, even after staff was called to look at it. ?The sink was also slow to drain and cold water only. ?The food is marginal. ?American breakfast is pretty dull, the Thai food is “Westernized” with limited choices and it is not really that big of deal as there are many restaurants close by. ?Nice quiet place for relaxing stay.
Guest：The Hotel has an excellent location with restaurants and supermarket nearby. My recommendation is to check in only in the beach facing rooms as the view is awesome. From other rooms there is no view. The beach is very rocky but you can walk up a few minutes and it gets better. I have given average rating only because of lack of basic facilities. There is no room service or in-room dialing. You need to contact reception through Whatsapp. Basic amenities like toothpaste, clothes hook, sugar, teabags, milk sachets are not in the room. Only limited coffee pouches are given per day. This is not expected from a premium resort. The breakfast is nice esp. the eggs made to order and cheese platter. Overall we had a good stay due to the location of the room. The management needs to just do a bit extra to make it a top grade Hotel
