Apart-hotel "Lastadie", located on the 8th floor of a stylish structure, is located on the embankment of the Pregolya River, in a building with an apartment house "Amber Heart" and next to the Museum of the World Ocean.
The Titan Sports Club and the Konigsberg Cathedral are within walking distance of the hotel. 300 meters along the river there are attractions: river museums, the Old Port and the pier. Cultural center "Cathedral" at a distance of 880 m. The airport is 55 km away. The Northern railway Station is 1.5 km away.

The apartments are equipped with folding double sofas, a plasma TV and a panoramic wardrobe. The rooms have a separate shower room, with amenities in the form of individual towels and slippers. The bathroom is equipped with a bidet and a hygienic shower.

A kitchenette is provided for cooking. The guests will have at their disposal a full set of modern household appliances, dishes and kitchen utensils.

Guest：Ездили с мужем, очень понравилось, идеальная чистота, потрясающие виды. В номере есть все, включая все кухонные принадлежности, не было необходимости ни о чем заботиться. Спасибо большое, приедем еще!
Guest：Very convenient location at the city center: most of the main attractions are in the walking distance. There's a free parking lot just across the street and a supermarket (Spar) nearby. Check-in is via Holiday Inn reception in the same building. If you have any questions or problems, they will be resolved there as well. We came a couple of hours before the check-in start and wanted to just drop the luggage and go for a walk, but turned out the room was ready and we were given the keys - a pleasant surprise. In the same building there are a great restaurant (in Holiday Inn) and a bakery which we found perfect for breakfasts (other options are available, including Holiday Inn restaurant). The room was very comfortable to accommodate three adults (me and my parents), there could easily stay four of us. Noise isolation between rooms on the floor is great. On the floor you can find a room with washing machine, dryer and iron with ironing board. There's also always fresh water on the floor, so you can refill your bottles. In the room there were bathrobe, slippers, set of towels, toothbrush etc. for each guest. The room is equipped with safe box, TV, hairdryer, kitchenette with cooking surface, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, Nespresso machine, large set of cookware and dishes etc. It was also nice that the tea, coffee and bottled water were regularly replenished, it wasn't just a welcome set. Mobile internet in the room wasn't great (maybe it depends on the carrier), but there's a fast WiFi, even though it's insecure (use VPN). If we travel to Kaliningrad again, we will be glad to stay in Lastadie!
Guest：Долго выбирали, где поселиться на 2 дня, и решили остановиться на этом варианте. В результате не пожалели ни секунды! Выбрали апартаменты N 3 с видом на реку. Достоинство номера - это шикарный вид на остров Канта: прекрасный в любое время суток и в любую погоду. Кроме того, у номера 3 имеется балкон, чего нет у соседних апартаментов аналогичной стоимости. В шаговой доступности магазин Спар, где мы приобрели продукты и букет тюльпанов. В самом здании Ластадие есть бары, рестораны, Марципановый дворик и кафе KONIGSBACKER, где мы покупали выпечку и сэндвичи (если намерены заехать на длительное время, можно зарегистрироваться в системе лояльности кафе и получать бонусы за покупки). Еще замечательным плюсом расположения оказалась близость к Музею Мирового Океана. Так же пешком можно прогуляться через остров Канта до Рыбной деревни - все в шаговой доступности. В номере имеется миникухня, оборудованная мини-варочной панелью, свч-печкой, посудомоечной машиной и кофемашиной, к которой прилагаются капсулы (если вы кофеман - попросите капсулы у горничной наперед в нужном количестве). Имеется посуда для готовки и сервировки, всевозможные бокалы и рюмки + мелочи от соли до штопора. Санузел также упакован по полной: фен, шампунь, гель для душа, разовые наборы для бритья и зубные щетки. Отсутствуют только женские прокладочки и разовые расчески. Немного раздосадовало наличие сквозной двери с соседними апартаментами - если соседи шумноватые, то их достаточно хорошо слышно. Мы провели замечательные, незабываемые 2 дня в Калининграде, отчасти именно благодаря выбору в пользу данного отеля! Спасибо! Успехов вам и процветания! Всем приятного отдыха и новых открытий!

Guest：Апартаменты в этой гостинице находятся в соседнем помещении, ощущаются как отдельное подразделение. Я ощутила недостаточное информирование о возможностях в номере, например, за 2 суток пребывания я не нашла скрытого шкафчика, в ватные диски, шапочка для душа и т.д котором были аксесс
