Guest：Stayed End of May,ideal location 10 minute walk to the front. I booked a twin/double room I messaged them before hand that could I get a double and replied with yes but when I turned up I didn't receive, to top it off the shower leaked right across the bathroom flooding it had to use there towels to stop it.i asked reception to see if can get fixed, saw workmen in there but after still flooded Hardly any food and only 5 alcoholic drinks for all inclusive. Some staff don't speak English and the bar man was never behind the bar mostly drinking himself with guests. Overall wouldn't stay here again and it's a new hotel
Guest：New hotel, which is family run and it shows... Ie no training or customer service. It's ashame as it's clean, modern and in a good distance from the beach and stripe. The food is monotonous. We had one vegetarian with us who really struggled so we eat out four times of a seven night stay. Bar is in the lobby serving just Gin, vodka, green liquid... do not drink! . Wine red or white...tea/coffee. And kids soft drinks which taste of chemicals. English spoken by a few staff who were helpful if they could be. The problem starts from the top...the owner. Who does not speak English and runs away from any issues. We have her mobile number should you need it. But she will not reply. First issue was we booked a double and two rooms with three beds for the kids. Upgraded to suites to give the kids an additional room to chill. To arrive to the double. One lovely room, but only two single beds and the sofa as the third do no place to chill.... And then room 121!! If offered this room refuse. It's a odd small dressing room with a very small sofa bed for only for a small child. Then a really really big room with no furniture other than a double bed ..no wardrobe, dressing table not even a chair. .My teenage children had to use the floor to lay clothes out... No furniture odd but it became apparent why... . They did supply a bigger camp bed to accommodate our daughter who no way was going to fit the small sofa bed, but the other two had to share the double. No big deal... Then one night one had a shower and it flooded the room and I don't mean a little tricky, it was 3/4cm of water across most of the floor before it was spotted pouring out under the door... The girls acted immediately turning the water off and using every towel they could find including our own beach towels to soak the water up off the wooden floor.... After about half an hour two members of staff eventually appeared with a mop and bucket and walked off!!! Telling us there was noone available to clear it up! or rooms the girls could move too.... We discovered only three members of staff were there a receptionist, a barman and chef..I discovered later it was an off duty member of staff who brought the mop up... So after a few words back and forth... we had to mop the water up!!! This was not a little amount but a flood.. Which resulted with our towels cleaning the floor, my daughters clothes soaked and earphone broken. what is the most unprofessional part is the attitude of the owner. Who was informed by the receptionist by telephone that night and then by us via text (we used Google translate as we were told she does not speak English) she did not even have the curtacy to say sorry, no response to our message who the reception confirmed she had read. She literally ran away from my partner when she saw him coming. We had no apology, no help, no compensation... All our towels were used to clean the floor, daughters clothes soaked and earphones broken. On moving the bed we found
Guest：don’t waste your money on this hotel,there are way better hotels in sunny beach for maybe just a few quid more.this is a new hotel and that’s where the good thing ends.staff have no clue how to clear a table let alone anything else,could not believe the way they went about things.basic training must have been non existent but so was common sense.if you like school dinners then you will love the food.drinks,beer,vodka,gin and apparently some mint drink,that’s when the bar is open.you can’t call it a bar,it’s in the lobby,like a waiting room,empty every night,closes at 10.beds are not made,the sheet is folded at the bottom of the bed so make yourself.people drank on their balconies at night because there was nowhere to have a drink in the hotel.we have been all over spain,cannarys,greece,turkey and never been to a hotel like this,and will not give it the time of day again.all inclusive does not exist here.
Guest：Most definitely not a palace although very nice rooms and modern features thats where it ends .We booked this hotel due to travelling with a infant and small child we wanted somewhere clean and just outside the hustle and bustle of the centre and no overwhelming for the little one with us the hotel was advertised as a small stroll from centre more like a 20 minute hike or bus journey with small children its not ideal especially when the hotel offers a kids club and entertainment staff and theres none of it just a play area thats currently a building site and cant be used a kids club thats locked and not being used so very cruel to children arriving and nothing for them to use . No staff entertainment if these things are not available it should be stated very misleading , on arrival we had requested a crib we were checked in at gone 1 in the morning by a old scruffy security gaurd who spoke no english and found we had no crib so spent most the night in fear the baby was going to fall of the bed the morning after it was quickly put right by staff .Day 2 of the holiday our 5 year old in our party got extremely ill with vomiting all night she had only had the food in the hotel so safe to say she never touched a thing the rest of the week .The food in the hotel was bland repeatedly reused and no option for children at all and no matter what time you went for food it was cold i wasnt holding out for much as ive been all inclusive before in sunny beach and know they dont eat very hot food like we do but theres usually always something to choose and for the money you pay for the week you dont expect much but dont really come away to get ill from the food 3 members of our party got ill so safe to say we ate out alot The bar wasnt much better its a small area in the lobby with very limited options beer,wine vodka gin and tasteless juice for kids .The pool area is under construction with what looks like a snack bar or outside bar being built so no relaxing at the pool for the first 3 days of holiday very disappointing as theres much better hotels in the area with so much more to offer and this hotel is rated a 4 star i would give it a 2 at best the hotel staff could do with alittle training some are lovely and very welcoming while others look at you like something they have stood in .
