Our recently revamped and spacious home is designed with groups of 3-6 guests in mind, offering 3 bedrooms, including one with a cozy bunk bed, and 2 full baths. Tucked away on serene Temple Street, you can unwind knowing that location and parking are a breeze here!

Private Entrance and Open Layout: Accessible through its own entrance/exit and up a brief set of exterior stairs, 'Under the Live Oaks' boasts an open floor plan, seamlessly blending dining and lounge areas. Perfect for groups looking to connect or enjoy a delightful meal together!

Cozy Bedrooms: Retreat to our meticulously appointed bedrooms. The first bedroom features a plush King-sized mattress, ceiling fan, bedside tables with lamps, and a spacious closet. The second bedroom offers another King-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom, a desk and chair for your workspace, a ceiling fan, and plenty of natural light. The third bedroom showcases a welcoming Bunk Bed with full-sized mattresses, ensuring ample space for friends and family!

Entertainment Galore: Dive into your favorite shows and movies on our SmartTV, available in the living room and the first bedroom.

Fully Stocked Kitchen: Our kitchen awaits your culinary adventures with basic cooking and kitchenware, making meal preparation a breeze for everyone!

This 2-acre private membership club nestled in downtown Charleston is a modern oasis
offering resort-style amenities and a Bali-Tulum-inspired atmosphere unparalleled on the
peninsula. The property includes a swimming pool, onsite eateries for breakfast, lunch,
dinner, trendy cocktails, and of course poolside cabanas! It also includes an indoor gym and
fitness studio with daily classes, a recovery room full of spa therapies, private
and shared workspaces, live music, and an active calendar of social events.

*Day Passes are for an extra cost. Pricing is created by the Wonderer, guest will receive a link after booking to see cost breakdown.

*Access to the?Wonderer?is Subject to change based on Seasonality, Weather factors, and are
first come, first serve, so please make sure to confirm operating hours for the dates of your stay.?For visits between April 15th - September 1st, we strongly recommend booking in advance to ensure access. Groups?of 8 or more guests are strongly encouraged to book a cabana in advance?to ensure an ultimate, premium experience poolside

All guests must be at least 25 years or older to access the Club unless approved is given by The?Wonderer?management team.

*Please also note that the property manager is not the same company as The?Wonderer?and offers
this as an added perk. If access is not granted to the?Wonderer?during your stay due to
availability, no inconvenience credits will be awarded, and any issues related to your visit
at The?Wonderer?must be directed exclusively to The?Wonderer?staff. *

*The Wonderer also reserves the right to change prices and availability is not guaranteed without a confirmed day pass.

*Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking.?

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.

*Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third party*

*Evacuation Policy: Get a full refund within 72 hours in case of a MANDATORY evacuation in Charleston County
