No pets are allowed in short-term rental units in the Resort without owner approval. The home is non-smoking and smoking is prohibited. All guests must adhere to parking allotments and occupancy allowances to avoid additional fines. No parties or events are allowed. Refrain from hanging towels and clothing from balconies. Fireplaces are not for guest use and outdoor grilling is not allowed at rental units, under local fire code. Fireworks are prohibited. Please respect the island’s quiet hours between 10PM-10AM.
