  • Guest：Beautiful, clean and well equipped room. The airconditioner was great for the hot days. Tiziana is a great hostess! She is very friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel is well positioned in a beautiful neighborhood. Good gelato shop right across the road.
  • Guest：The staff were very friendly and helpful with my request for help to adjust the room thermostat. The room was quite large with high ceilings and a big bed. I would highly recommend the property!
  • Guest：We stayed for 2 nights, place offers beautiful rooms and all the amenities you can expect. They don't offer breakfast however have a small kitchen with complimentary tea/coffee and cookies which are available 24/7. Tiziana at the reception is simply amazing, she helped us at every step possible. Location is close to campo di marte station however a little away from the main Florence hustle however a bus station is fairly which connects you to Florence centre every 10 minutes.
  • Guest：Safe, good location, staff is kind snd welconjng The staff was very welcoming and kind. The room was a bit small for what I am used to, but I made do. The sink didn’t have a drain in it, and the soap kept falling down the drain.
