Guest：I booked this hotel via the Qantas website. Did not research prior to booking. I stayed for 2 nights during the 3rd heat wave. Assess to the building is a little confusing. 2 flights of stairs with no lift access. You need to pay hotel tax in cash on arrive- a common thing in Italy during my trip. I found the hotel slightly outdated but it is clean and safe. My AC was working very well and I had no concerns as a female traveller. The wifi was also working well. Hotel is a 5 min walk to many tourist attractions which is very convenient. I did not need to take public transport during my 3 day visit as most tourist attractions are centrally located.
Guest：Review your bed This it's a old building but the rooms were upgraded and clean. But in the middle of the night I feels like something poke me, and we found a bed bug. Just checkout early, make a complain and wait for my money back
