Guest：The location was convenient, and the space looked mostly as described, but unfortunately, our experience wasn’t great. After letting the host know we had arrived, we still ended up waiting about 40 minutes to check in, which was frustrating after a long journey. On top of that, the room developed an unpleasant smell on the second night, which made the stay uncomfortable. Communication could have been more prompt, and a bit more attention to cleanliness and timeliness would’ve made a big difference.
