Guest：The location of this hotel is at the spot of the, perhaps, busiest place in Baguio. The room assigned though has an out-of-order shower, and a defective telephone with no dial tone or line to the reception.
Guest：location is great, accessible to city centre, but wifi connection is not good in our room, and i call the fo for help but no one went, but breakfast is great
Guest：The hotel is a bit old and maybe needs some sort of renovations. However, it’s right in the heart of the city center and it’s good value for money.
Guest：The hotel is awful. Needs 100% renovation. Clogged sink and water dripping on the floor. Smells very bad, the towels are so old and dirty with stains. Bed not comfy and so old. If I can only refund and just go to other good hotel with same value.
