Guest：We wanted a place to stay between dropping off our hire car (Hertz office is very close) and getting the coach to Chile (a short bus ride to the coach terminal). This worked well and the price was reasonable, considering Bariloche is very expensive. The lobby was pleasant, but rooms were small and tired with no air conditioning. Breakfast was standard continental.
Guest：Clean, not outdated but not fancy either. The services was great, our tour included breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was great although same options every day. Dinner was outstanding. Great personnel, much appreciated. Restroom in the room was on the smaller size. Bed was comfortable. I also used the massage services, it was a great a massage after a day of skiing, the masseuse focused on the usual skiers pain points. 10/10.
Guest：Checkin went well, nice location but the staff is questionable about their responses to my questions. The internet was very weak in my room so I asked about it. They said they will reset the router. But at no time did I lose internet during the reset process…..jus weak as usual. I ask again the next day and the staff told me they will call the tech guy. Needless to say nothing changed. On checkin, staff gave me a drink voucher. I din’t request my drink until the evening of the 2nd night. They told me the bar staff was not in or already left for the evening. I asked again on Day 3 at 1:14 pm. Staff said the bar staff doesn’t arrive until 7pm.
Guest：Estuve 6 noches hospedada en el hotel. En rangos generales todo muy bueno, desde la recepción hasta los mozos, no tengo nada q decir de ellos al contrario, siempre muy amables y excelente atención. El desayuno muy bueno, tienen de todo, desde diferentes panes, medialunas, chipa, frutas, yogoures, fiambres, huevo revuelto, panceta, tortas (pasta frola, brownies, entre otros segun el dia), tambien encontre torta frita y libritos. Para tomar, cafe, leche, agua caliente. Lo unico negativo que a veces no hay suficiente lugar en el comedor para desayunar, y terminar desayunando en la barra o en el hall, pero siempre la atencion es muy buena. Respecto a la habitación, mi habitacion era muy linda, pero los muebles tenian algunos detalles (estaban da?ados), como tambien el ba?o tenian otros detalles (adjunto fotos). Luego, el WIFI algunos dias no llegaba hasta el 7to piso, pero en la recepcion siempre funcionaba. La limpieza del hotel y de la habitacion son un 10. Por ultimo el SPA, yo queria contratar una sesion de masajes, y cuando averigue me dijeron que se dan de un dia para el otro, y solo habia 2 turnos disponibles que eran por la ma?ana cuando uno sale hacer excursiones.
