Guest：We stayed in A3 with another couple for 2 weeks. The grounds and staff working the units were very professional and kind. A3 has a beautiful view but that’s the extent of it. It is seriously outdated with things falling apart , falling off or just not working. The floor is missing patches of flooring. The front door drops chunks of paint each time you close it. The toilet roll holders are falling off the walls. The bath doesn’t drain (took over 24hrs). The stove top only has a couple burners working. Fridge has broken shelves. Doors don’t close. Internet crashed and didn’t work the last few days. Coffee pot is a serious fire hazard. The list goes on. Whomever owns this place needs to put some TLC into it. I really don’t think you will receive return guests. For the same amount of money I will get another unit with the same price but well looked after.
Guest：This place is beautiful! You couldn’t get any better location. The views and the water is spectacular. You can also snorkel around there.Sea turtles swim around. There is a pool and grills. The condo we stayed in was spacious, clean and had all the things we needed.
Guest：Feb 11 - Feb 18 2023 The location was right over the water. The balcony was a bit of a disappointment. The entire corner area of the balcony in the living room was blocked off because that area of the deck was structurally compromised, and the video and photo do not show that. The owner did not admit to that till a day before we arrived. So much for false presentation. The unit was not properly cleaned. We had to clean the showers before we could use them. There was human hair on the walls of the guest bedroom. The sink in the master bedroom was clogged to the point where we had to wait 30 minutes for it to drain. The towel racks were all loose. The towel rack in the master bedroom was just hanging on the wall. When my wife used the rack, it fell off the wall and bruised her foot. The screen in the master bedroom slider was torn and the rollers were compromised. The kitchen was fine and everything worked including lights and fans and the shades. After all the fees this place cost us a $1000 per day. The units by us rented for half that amount. The common area below the unit that had tables and barbecues were blocked off because the patio was compromised by erosion. The beach was not really usable by children since the beach dropped off quickly into deeper water. Our boys used the chase lounges on the grass. Given all this we till had a really good time. The location was ideal for hiking and ability to have really nice restaurants near by. I called the host and she immediately got a repair man to fix the drain and repair the towel racks. All and all this is an average place except for the location.
Guest：Stayed in unit A5, this particular unit is in desperate need of an update and thorough cleaning. Doesn’t look like any money was spent on the interior in the past 20 years. The walls, baseboards and light switch plates were dirty and could use a new coat of paint. The microwave and coffee pot had rust spots. The carpeted stairs and walls leading up to the bedrooms were wet and mildewed, we had to call the management company to come and fix a drainage leak. We will not be staying in this unit again. On a bright note, the Sulllivan management company was accommodating and easy to work with. The common areas and location to the water were nice.
