Massimo was very helpful with transportation coordination and thoughtful with quick snack breakfast options in the room to accommodate our daily early tour departures, which fell outside breakfast hours. Location is very convenient and wolkable to city center, attractions and port. Thank you for a wonderful experience, Massimo.
