Guest：Bella la posizione l' ambiente ecc. Personale gentile ma ha molto potenziale da poter sfruttare. Pulizia sufficiente, zona tranquillissima, piscina con una bella visuale, dispiace che stiano lasciando andare la struttura con poca o insufficiente manutenzione
Guest：Aspetti positivi: struttura e ristorante più che buoni, personale cortese e disponibile, vista lago ottima, la spa bella, ma piccola Aspetti negativi, come già detto alla reception, appena entrati, ancor prima dei documenti, ci è stato chiesto il saldo del soggiorno (in fase di prenotazione abbiamo lasciato il nr della carta.) Sempre al check-in ci è stato detto che gli eventuali extra sarebbero stati saldati a fine soggiorno, ma al ristorante la seconda sera ci è stato chiesto di pagare 2 bottiglie di acqua e 2 calici di vino. In stanza nemmeno un bicchiere o un bollitore, che abbiamo trovato anche in alcuni 3 stelle. Quando lo abbiamo detto al desk ci è stato risposto è la nostra politica... mah
