Guest：The hotel is nice, the location is very good with nice view at the lake. The people are nice and the food is very good ( variety of food for breakfast and dinner). The rooms are extremely small and in the room is a door that goes to the neighbors room but is closed. By this door you can hear everything that the neighbors are speaking and doing (we heard them having s…x; imagine if you are with kids and they hear this kind of noise…)
Guest：Amazing hotel, beautiful view of Balaton. Half board was a perfect option, the breakfast was perfect, so many options it was hard to choose from. Caters for sweet and savoury, vegetarian, meat lover, light and fried food lovers too. The buffet dinner was a high standard restaurant quality, so many options, we were like kids in a candy shop. Catfish and pork chops were our absolute favourites. The view from the room was breathtaking, spa and wellness first class. All staff are very helpful, kind and professional.
Guest：It was OK. The location is good, a few minutes walk from the station, and right on the lake with its own private “beach” area, which gets very crowded. But great view across the lake. The room was recently refurbished, and fine. The bathroom seems to have been designed by someone who’s never used a bathroom before - the only hook to put your towels on covered the hairdryer, the toilet paper was awkward to get at. The food was OK - breakfast better than dinner, but there was a good choice at both. Dinner ruined by the live music being much too loud, and playing Y Viva Espana, just to add to the general 1970s Benidorm package holiday vibe. My room wasn’t cleaned, told reception, they weren’t bothered. Very overpriced for what you get.
Guest：We waited 5-6 hours after 15:00 to receive our rooms, which were small and couldn't accommodate an extra child bed, despite us paying extra for it. I don't understand why we were charged extra if the rooms couldn't fit an additional bed. We ended up sleeping with our child in the same double bed. Dinner was poor and all drinks cost money
