Guest：Abbiamo alloggiato una notte nella camera Fontanavecchia. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile. Camera pulite e ordinate. Posizione eccellente per visitare il paese e spostarsi con il treno. Davanti alle camere un bar favoloso per una colazione al top ! Super super consigliato !! Prezzo nella media.
Guest：We must have had the "bad room" compared to the other reviewers. First, we were surprised to receive a communication the day before our arrival that the proprietor "preferred" that we pay cash. So to be friendly up front, I payed cash but received no receipt. I now regret that decision. The room was quite small. We had only two carry-on sized suit cases but had to put one under a chair. The shower was even smaller. It was barely okay for us, but some larger people won't be able to get through the door. The furnishings were quite cheap such as a plastic chair and towels with no nap. Our internet worked for only one of our four devices and it was pretty slow. The building is in a quiet part of town but the inside was not always quiet as the wall separating us from our one adjacent room was quite thin. It was clean and the beds were quite comfortable. Vernazza is a very cute little town and there aren't a lot of lodging choices so maybe this is as good as it gets. (I hope not!) On this trip, we stayed at 16 different hotels and this was one of two where we had a sub-standard experience. Our experience wasn't even close to the high ratings that made me choose this place. Would I stay here again? I don't think so.
Guest：Great location, was quiet but close to beach and train line. Owners are lovely and very accomodating. No ocean views but looks over surrounding farmland and properties in Vernazza. It is a magical place to stay in once the crowds leave after 5/6PM. Food is exceptional in Vernazza! Would highly recommend getting up early and walking the coastal track to Monterosso for a swim and breakfast. It gets very busy after 9:30/10am in summer.
Guest：This is a beautiful and quiet location. Right across the street is a bank with an ATM, a laundromat and the best breakfast/lunch cafe in Vernazza, II Pirata. The room is cute, comfortable, and SUPER clean, literally spotless! If we ever return to Vernazza we will definitely stay here again.
