  • Guest：Easter break We didn’t hesitate to book this lovely property again after an enjoyable stay here last year. It is definitely feeling a home from home for us. Location to shops and restaurants is ideal and street it is on is very quiet. We bring our bikes, so the bike store is a great facility for us to have access to. Communication with Ash was great, always replying quickly to any queries.

  • Guest：Lovely stay Such a wonderful stay. Clean and quiet, easy to find. Peebles is a fabulous town with wonderful people and so much to see and do in the area. Highly recommend. The hosts were wonderful to deal with and very communicative. Lovely apartment.
  • Guest：Spring break We’ve stayed at this property 3 times now and the location and standard of the accommodation is what draws us back each time. The bike storage facility is also a huge bonus for us. It is comfortable for relaxing before and after days of activity and feels a home from home. Communication with the owners has always been prompt and they are happy to answer any queries. We will be back!
