  • Guest：Das Zimmer, die Umgebung, das liebevoll zubereitete Frühstück und die Freundlichkeit des gesamten Hotelpersonals.
  • Guest：This is a newer property, beautifully designed and laid out in a dense forest along a gorgeous river but still very close to the (relative) hustle and bustle of Pucon. There are only nine rooms so it's a very intimate experience. Chef/owner Juan-Carlos is personally attentive to all of your needs from selecting wine to booking excursions to explore the area (helicopter tours can land right at the hotel!) His food is fantastic, much of it sourced from the lodge's own garden. Impressive wine cellar. The rooms, common spaces and riverside hot tub and beaches are beautiful. Highly, highly recommend this to anyone visiting this fantastic part of Chile.
  • Guest：Beautiful hotel with a bespoke experience created by wonderful staff. The hotel is located by a river. Although you can't see the river from the hotel it's only a couple of minutes walk from it and the grounds are located amongst what feels like natural vegetation. The living room and bar area are architecturally beautiful and you feel like you are in your own home. The breakfast was of a high quality and generous. The usual fruit, bread and pastries but with a choice of cooked eggs. They also had some lovely loose leaf and alternative teas like hibiscus flowers. We stayed in a standard room. We could hear a bit of noise from reception but nothing that kept us awake. The bathroom was very spacious and they provide good quality shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and lotion which a lot of hotels don't. The reception staff including breakfast staff were efficient while still being friendly. Special mention to Valentina and Louis. Owner Juan Carlos also went out of his way to help me try and reclaim the iva when our payment had gone in on CLP and not USD. Things that would make this five star: Invest in a spare kettle so you can loan it out to non coffee drinking guests. The staff are very happy to generously provide milk and hot water whenever you want but it would cause less friction for guests to have the ability to make this for themselves. Also a small fridge you can loan out to the room as and when guests needed would be useful.
  • Guest：A great boutique hotel in an idyllic setting. Looks fantastic if you’re looking for an opportunity to rest and recharge or tailor made outdoor excursions during your stay. We were lucky enough to visit for lunch, which was fantastic, but we have to visit again to stay for a few days! Thanks for looking after us Juan Carlos.
